De Graafschap U15 replaces KAA Gent

Following the unfortunate news that Belgian contenders KAA Gent had to cancel their participation we are happy to announce that we have agreed with De Graafschap U15 to replace them. De Graafschap were eager to fill in the gap that had to be filled because of the late cancellation by KAA Gent.

De Graafschap is a professional football club from Doetinchem, Netherlands, playing in the Eerste divisie, the second tier of Dutch football. The club name is Dutch for "The County". They are nicknamed Superboeren ("Super Farmers").

De Graafschap were winners of the 2004 and 2005 OSM ’75 International U15 Tournament. Notable former players are Erik ten Hag, Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, Oussama Assaïdi, Lasse Schöne and Luuk de Jong. We are pleased that former OSM ’75 U15 cup winners make their comeback to Sportpark Fazantenkamp in Maarssen. Let’s see if they can win again on June 11-12.
